Morzine – the hidden gem of the Alps

picture perfect views and friendly locals need look no further. Morzine provides the
much sought after respite we all look for when venturing from home in search of the
ideal ski resort. The traditional Haute Savoie village of Morzine is situated in the heart
of the Portes du Soleil ski area which links 14 resorts in France and Switzerland.

Morzine – Les Gets ski area via Le Pleney bubble, and Avoriaz either via the
Super Morzine bubble out of the village or by the Prodains lift just a 5 minute bus
journey away from the centre of town.

Morzine’s location in the Portes du Soleil gives it a unique microclimate due
to its proximity to Lake Geneva helping to guarantee good snow conditions throughout the season. Ideal for all level skiers with its wide variety of landscapes providing easier runs for the beginner right through to challenging off piste and steep terrain for the more extreme amongst us! Couple this with the seven snowparks, ice skating rink and night time skiing to name but a few, you are sure to be entertained throughout your holiday.
