January 30th, 2009: This month has flown by and we’re gearing up for February. Although the week of half term is very busy we still have some availability remaining throughout the rest of the month in both Morzine and Les Gets. Don’t forget that despite the Euro making things a little bit more expensive at the moment, all our prices at The Edge Snowsports are in Sterling and we continue to offer great value!

January 28th, 2009: Apologies for not blogging for a while. The conditions have continued to be near-perfect. Although we did get the tail end of the storms that ripped through France last week (the wind was strong enough to blow you back up the hill at times!) the snow has remained in perfect shape. Some of the clear blue skies have meant there have been some mind-blowing days on the mountain. The cold weather is set to continue so if you’re out soon then you’re sure to have a great trip!

January 5th, 2009: The temperature dropped today but the sun came out and the snow was perfect. There was a giant slalom competition race featuring some of the best young female skiers in France, including members of the French Team. All this took place on the Pleney slopes.

January 3rd, 2009: The weather is still crisp and cold, the snow is great and to top it all the sun has been shining all day.
