October 29, 2008: After various places in the UK saw snowfall yesterday it’s hardly surprising that Morzine and Les Gets have had some snow too! It’s the second time within a month that it’s snowed at village level and it’s been getting very cold! There’s more due tonight so fingers crossed… Here are a couple of snapshots from both Le Pleney and Les Gets webcams today:
October 27, 2008: Sunday saw the last day of the Metro Ski & Snowboard Show at London’s Olympia. Pete and Esther worked their socks off on the Ski Bartlett stand but still had time to chat to many visitors and exhibitors about Morzine, Les Gets and The Edge Snowsports. This year’s show has been the most successful ever, seeing thousands of snow-lovers visit to watch the demos, see all the latest equipment and check out all the holiday options. Here are a few more shots showing some of action…
October 25, 2008: Pete and Esther managed to have a short breather at the Show. They’re looking pretty good considering they’re on their feet for 14 hours each day!

An awesome first day at the London Ski Show saw Pete and Esther burning some serious shoe rubber! Being busy on the Ski Bartlett stand didn’t mean that they missed out on the demos on the 40 foot kicker, Land Rover Experience, ice sculptures and of course the social side of the show (only one massage per day, Pete!). There are loads of familiar faces from Morzine & Les Gets at the Show – it’s on until Sunday 26th so don’t miss out…
